Agreed, my money is that the previous guy ran it without a filter. Considering the filter housing was missing when I got it, that’s likely lol

No idea, this is on a backpack blower that I found on the side of the road. It has sparks so I had some hope for it…. Might be able to find a cheap rebuild.
