here are the elephants at the @sandiegozoo.bsky.social safari park reacting to the earthquake just outside #sandiego. you can see them forming an “alert circle,” as Emily helpfully informed us, during which the adults can be seen "instinctively circling the younger elephants to protect them."

I do the same (I have both YouTube Premium and lifetime Nebula) because sometimes I want to read the comments, and sometimes Nebula playback lags while YouTube is pretty close to 100% reliable

As a die-hard RSS user to avoid algorithms, I even put all my YouTube subscriptions in my RSS reader (so I don’t show up at coming from the Subscription page, but I realize I’m also a thousandth of a percent there 😅).
Also when Shorts first came out, here’s some CSS I wrote to hide them.

I live in Kearny Mesa and all I want is for the 928 and 25 busses to have later hours and better frequency 😭 (the 25 in particular has a ridiculous schedule – last bus is at 6pm)
