Corporations have succeeded in hijacking Governments, hobbling regulatory systems, and dictating policies that have decimated public services. Corporations have been allowed to utterly shred the post-war social contract. The wealthy are basking in their revolution, where the fuck is ours?

If you don’t understand why it’s so important the cuts to disability benefits are stopped, these Paralympic champions explain it better than I ever could. #TakingThePIP #WelfareNotWarfare #Ableism #ChronicIllness ♿️ apple.news/AVZEuXLYOT5W...

Today, I asked the Deputy PM if she would support an independent inquiry into the UK's complicity in Israeli war crimes. She refused to answer. Just like Iraq, the government is doing everything it can to shield itself from scrutiny. Just like Iraq, it will not succeed in hiding the truth.

An excellent article from the Big Issue showing just how horrendous the cuts to benefits will be. I love how the DWP call their own figures “wholly inaccurate” just because they don’t fit the narrative they’re trying to portray to the general public. #TakingThePIP ♿️ apple.news/AaPyxAC_SSQ2...

I know I’m behind and largely absent on here at the moment. Just taking a little break as my mum is unwell. I’m still fighting the good fight.

Have your say in today’s poll as to whether you agree with the #benefitcuts that will see disabled people pushed into poverty and lose thousands of pounds a year in support and care. #TakingThePIP www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home...

Well plenty of us don’t think you supporting genocide is appropriate Starmer. apple.news/AEbrSddp5QXm...

What a woman. Absolutely shocking to read what the male pilots did to the women during WW2 though. What fragile creatures they must have been to have stooped so horrifyingly low. apple.news/A9_56rqFVTZC...

#PalestineAction Spray Paint...Very Bad. Genocide...Meh. Want some plane parts?

🧵It's scary how MPs can vote on bills with no understanding of what they are voting on, having not done research or read the bill. Re: #WelfareBill, #PIP is NOT an unemployment benefit. It's a disability benefit to help with the cost of disabled living, including #work. 510,000 people on PIP work.

You’d think a government in control wouldn’t panic ban things just because an opposition demands it. A government in control would be comfortable defending free expression & right to protest. But a government arming genocide has no moral ground to stand on & is not in control.

Keir Starmer wants to talk about disgraceful? Try standing with Netanyahu during a genocide. Arming Israel. Sharing intelligence. Refusing to rule out joining an illegal war. That’s the real disgrace.

Such a lovely film, absolutely go and see it

BibiCorp strikes once again!

When the opposition do their job you feel that someone is on your side. Becoming the Gov has changed their mind. So we hope for the opposition. But they haven't changed their mind. Now who is left on our side to speak these words?

We’re told these welfare cuts are the start of “reform”. But what kind of reform starts by taking billions from those already struggling? If this is the plan - to balance the books by shredding an already ragged safety net - I won’t back it. Real reform uplifts. It doesn’t punch-down.

The problem for the government now is that it has to justify to its own MPs why it could u-turn for a household on £30,000 a year losing £200-£300, but not for a disabled person losing £10,000 a year, at once, because of the government’s choices.

Who else needed this today? 💛 📸ourworld

Nigel Farage got £750,000 from Coutts as compensation for nothing. Even worse Coutts is owned by NatWest which is 39% owned by you. So YOU paid Nigel Farage £292,750, for whining because he didn't have enough money for an account. RT if he needs to repay every penny.

I'm old enough to remember Starmer saying he would put the country first and party second. Threatening elected representatives looks like the opposite.

While I am pro assisted dying, the timing of this massively concerns me along with the removal of safeguarding measures. This becoming law right when Labour is cutting disability benefits to the point where claimants won’t be able to afford to live is extremely suspicious. apple.news/AKcmGsT5hTmi...

Can i please clarify that the current benefits system isn’t struggling In fact, post pandemic, it’s doing exactly what it should be doing It’s supporting disabled people who can work, into work, whilst supporting the rest to simply live! My advice… Tax the bloody Rich! apple.news/AaIA21TfyQRq...

Labour HQ

We’re eating sand instead of bread No flour, no food... The famine worsens every day. A loaf of bread, if available, sells for 20 shekels. People search for aid daily... and return as martyrs.

This. The vast majority don’t apply for PIP lightly. We do it once our lives are severely impacted to the point where we can’t manage anymore. It’s not an out of work benefit but we often wait until we’ve had to give up work to apply for it. So when we say we’re struggling believe us. #TakingThePIP

There is no economic case for cutting disability benefits. There is no moral case for cutting disability benefits. It won't help people into employment. It'll mean many who are working won't be able to. It'll destroy the health and social care system. It'll end lives.

We all work, even those of us who are disabled and not in paid employment. I spend more time each day managing my disabilities than most do in an office. And there are no breaks, days off, etc...

Also known as selling your soul to the devil.

I’ve been making my way through the Welfare Reform Bill and this paragraph on the gov.uk website is genuinely disgusting. Receiving a decent disability benefits rate “encourages sickness”, does it? Funny, I thought it just enabled severely ill and disabled people to eat.

The Billionaire Media is pushing for Thames Water to be 'temporarily renationalised' at a cost to you of £21bn so billionaires don't lose a penny. I have a counter offer, make them go bankrupt, renationalise permanently for free.

The only thing missing from this picture is Starmer on another leash right next to Trump.
