I once had a kid in a Skype-Scientist QA ask me if I had ever had a Publix chicken sandwich. The student then informed me that someday I must when I told her I had never been to a Publix.

Listen if you can schedule it being mostly nocturnal during the summer in MD isn’t a terrible option (I did that at times in grad school - overnight balloon shifts FTW)

Variety, huh? Mabel and/or Dipper Pines (Gravity Falls), Rainbow Brite, anyone from the cast of Voltron (either 1984 or 2016)

Haha that Lying Cat placement is brilliant.

Worth giving the doc a call, I think.

That said my experience comes from order of magnitude around -5. Higher Rx likely will have some higher degree of distortion due to lens curvature but I don’t think it should be blurring your vision

So you shouldn’t have major changes to semi-peripheral vision. You *will* notice some oddities for a while because your brain has to adjust to the prescription. Your eyes also may experience weirdness when shifting between close and distance vision - especially if Rx is v close but not quite right.

Pretty void! I also love the star pattern on the orange blanket.

I’m on the fence on recommending Jentry Chau vs the Underworld. I loved it, but might have some unsettling scenes for younger audience because it’s dealing with ghosts/monsters. Blood is minimal, though. Some romance but no more central to story than the Dragon Prince.

Oh that one is good

It’s changed over the years. I think I am currently leaning toward Gawain. Although I love Morgaine when she’s not two dimensional.

Yeah its a pain in the arse. Only thing worse is when you also have to deal with translating time zones.

We’ve had really good luck with a wildlife exclusion guy. We can give you his contact info if you want.

Bring kitty to the vet to check for a chip. If that’s a no, then flyers (for very local) and facebook groups. Maine has a statewide facebook lost/found group — check your state, too! (And if no pings, congratulations the cat distribution system has done its job 😉 ; sadly many pet cats get dumped)

I still prefer a map for reference over the gps. (Although real-time traffic/accident reports are certainly useful!)
