When overloaded I sometimes write poetry or post vague things online. The impact is like a leaf falling on dirt, but just trying to get by. A mistake taking walk in city with friend at lunch. Enjoyed hanging out with friend, but today I need to be home, behind locked doors, not see people.

Got hit with insomnia last night. I did everything right (no caffeine after 3pm, shower, no TV/Video watching after certain amount of time). Don't think i slept at all (had eyes closed but no deep sleep). Doesn't how much coffee i pour down my gullet today. Even writing this i'm in a fog #insomnia
