All he cares about is making money for himself, and looking important (which he fails at and just comes off as the world's most spoiled kid).

This guy has no idea how business in a capitalist society work, or he's lying. Of course they will eventually roll this into the prices. Believing anything else is a gullibility on how the real world works.

Let's hope it means the USA government will cancel plans on annexing other countries for this resource...

I think you're right. He's been plotting his revenge for four years.

Yeah, I feel that countries will just go to war now that the USA has changed its policy...

I would rather expect this checkup on cars coming from Canada, because there might be smuggles from there of wares to get past the tariffs, but it's odd that they're doing it to people going to Canada.

I bet he, Elon and this Steve guy watched The Plot Against American and got a hard-on for it.

It's about as useful as USA's current Congress.

Then he changed it to a 100 days, if I remember correctly. That man is full of himself.

Hehe, I'm just waiting for Donald to accuse the new pope of being a radical leftist, because from what I've read, the new pope is relatively woke.

What did he do this time?

It's not about feeling sorry for people now; it's about increasing numbers to fight against the current government. This is a culture war and in wars, sometimes people turn away from their cause and join the opposition.

Ég velti því stundum fyrir mér hvort að Bretland hafi áhyggjur af því að Ísrael skipi sér í lið með Rússum ef það kæmi ekki stuðningur að vestan. Ég bara skil ekki af hverju Bretland sjái ekki að þetta sé þjóðernishreinsun... Þetta mun aldrei líta vel út í sögubókum...

He's antagonizing and ridiculing allies (NATO repeatedly), betrayed the allies by denying help for a country that's holding back the threat for WWIII, and now wants to celebrate that Americans helped win wars with the same allies? Well which is it? Does he want to stay allies or not?

He's also a guy who insists upon a military parade for his birthday...

Does Trump really need a military parade?

Sadly, I think this is true 😩. I'd love to see a female or gay USA president, but I don't think I will in my lifetime and I haven't even reached 50...

Wow, damn... That's a sucky thing for him to insist on...

Yeah, see, this was always going to happen. People in his cabinet and others who work under him will quit or be fired and the same goes for some people who have been supporting him. The people who know those who are fired know that the accusations are nonsense. This happened last time too.

I'm trying to understand (I don't live in Canada), was he allowed a seat even though he was voted out? Or will there be a second election for his seat?

It may be new in the USA, but historically elsewhere, the conservative work for those who want power over the people.

Way to go Australia! I love how country after country is seeing the USA as a cautionary tale. Now I just hope the lovely Americans will be able to right the wrongs of what the current administration is doing.

True about the UK. It's very disappointing, but at least the general elections won't be until 2029. Maybe the people of the UK will have seen enough from what's happening in the USA by then to choose better than Farage.

Já, þetta er ófyrirgefanlegt 😢. Það er enganvegin hægt að verja þetta...

I mean, the US owes a whole lot of countries a whole lot of money. The countries were okay with that because USA's credit was as good as gold. Now things aren't feeling so golden... I don't think Mango considered this.

I'm in Iceland and I'm preparing for depression, because this will eventually affect us too. The USA government was never perfect, but I generally viewed it as the "good guys." Under Trump, I see it as the bad guys with their support of Neo-Nazis in Germany, what they're doing in the USA, etc.

100% this.

Are they imaginary people in Wallstreet, or are there actually Wallstreet people saying this?
