There are already a number of state exchange programs that offer out-of-state students closer to resident tuition. And besides, it isn't the worst thing in the world for universities to do away with out-of-state rates and just charge everyone the same.

I see very little innovation with how they're actually rolling out the product and offering it to the market to suggest they're capable of inventing new "experiential viewing" technologies.

Seems like the real issue is the officials not calling the offensive player down when their forward progress stops, they just let them keep heaving and hoing. Teams would stop calling the play if they made the offense actually punch through the line instead of letting them sag into the endzone.

I remember being totally fascinated with the world building in this book. I thought Mieville did a terrific job building atmosphere just through his use of language and word choice.
