You know what, Speaker Johnson, I agree. Medicaid cuts DO have a moral component: Seeing how cruel and malicious is it to cut healthcare for the needy in a country like this, with no other safety net to make up for it, requires you to have morals. That's why none of you see it.

I've been working remotely, off and on for 15 years now; literally half of my career. Long enough to know that there's no actual benefit to working in the office; at best it lets bad management and production practices happen because you make up for it with back-alley conversations and deals.

Trump has a 40% approval rating. 40%. 4 in 10. I mean old commercials taught us that there's always that one out of 10 dentist, or doctor, or whatever, who disagrees no matter how obvious the fact. I just didn't realize that if you stuck them all in one room it'd be 40 fucking percent of us.

Disabled protesters shut down a republican congressional hearing today because said repubs are trying to LITERALLY decimate Medicaid. They want to cut ~$88 *billion* from medicaid every year for 10 yrs for a total which, again— & this is important—*Essentially Equals The Entire Budget of Medicaid*.
