Bit of a shame that so far there's only one FF12 Legend in the Set

Seeing 12 being played by a friend in my teens, finally understanding the concept of (turn based) RPG combat and loving the world. 10 was next and I loved the story and characters so much, and got obsessed with the Sphere Grid

Whoa I needed to look twice to see it's a proxy.

For formats like Commander there are lots of new toys, though what's your first impression for Standard? I feel like it's not as cohesive as "regular" Standard sets that synergize well with themselves

FF16 is the best movie of the franchise but far off from the best game sadly. Very bombastic presentation and cinematic bosses but odd pacing and shallow exploration and mechanics

This has actually been in the Kitt Kanto Precon from Capenna, great card!

In my case the new GC's didn't change any bracket for my decks, those who had them were already considered B3 by me based on intent
We mostly play in private groups anyway and know how each of us builds decks but it's still nice to check and have a baseline

The meta seems to differ quite a bit from group to group, like Commander Clash plays way more Wraths and disruption than I've ever seen anywhere else, felt off at first when watching you guys until I accepted that you just enjoy different play patterns

In my playgroup and from what I can gather at my LGS, we just don't play stax/MLD at all, no matter the bracket. The occasional light stax sure, but Ghostly Prison is usually the ceiling

How did you know what I expected?

That's what I'm kind of expecting as well, at least I hope Dockside and Crypt stay banned

Change it to "War of the Sparkless: Jace is bad this time" and you pretty much got it

Did so as well after spilling some beverage on it, no issues at all. Low temperature, no softeners just in case

Not terrible, but I remember how everyone during preview season was terrified of the Mother of Machines. Even calls for day one bans were heard. Turned out, you rarely ever see her and her impact is almost not noticeable.

Also with 5 Dragons in play, you're probably going to win anyway. I don't know, this seems like just a "win more" card.

Beyblading all over his back? It's so dumb and SO fun.

100%. Had several discussions about exactly this.
Having Moxfield implementing brackets is great but it also shuts people's brains off, having their decks be assigned a bracket by it means it must be true and not be questioned.

Not exactly stax, but depending on how you build Ketramose it can have some staxy feeling. Rest in Peace effects, lots of single target removal, ...

It was actually *so* good. It's a shame how far Ubisoft has fallen the last few years.

Don't your ends split like crazy? Maybe a small trim would be healthy overall?
Nevertheless, long hair suits you really well.

Bit underrated, but Jak 3. Was the first game I owned.

That's my experience as well. The folks screaming the loudest are the ones using multiple Game Changer in every deck, who cant fathom the thought of non-optimized, non-meta decks

And if I remember correctly from the network test, after the first hunt you actually are able to take two weapons with you and switch on the fly. So you could literally try both

As a Gunlance main I'd say it depends on the monster, the first few are typacilly quite mobile and quick. Try both!

There's quite a few ways to build him, I have a brew that leans more into voltron with lots of exile control to get him online early

In the FF7 spinoff Crisis Core there's actually a text file that mentions Sephiroth using a whole bottle of Shampoo and Conditioner every day, that trivia lives rent free in my head

Having them create a panorama and helm a starter kit is such a fantastic idea. Very excited to see new players crack these

I built a Hofri theft deck: Stealing opponent's creatures, saccing them and getting my own token copies of them. It's mean and so fun

Okay technically Kaito would be an illegal Commander as well as Dandân, but who cares! Love!

Olivia, Crimson Bride + Edgar, Charmed Groom
Wandering Rescuer + Kaito Shizuki
Grist + Zask
Omenkheel + Dandân (Rule 0²)

Not that I know of, I remember him telling that story some time ago though don't know where anymore. Could've been a PPR or Crack'a'Pack

My Zimone and Dina list is kind of my pet deck, maybe you find some includes for your version:
moxfield.com/decks/Z8eV8F...
It's basically Landfall Aristocrats though it needs some gears to really get going. Obviously Thornbite Staff is the best card in the deck
