Pulling out all my older campaign stuff from last year for re-use. I've got buttons and posters, and stickers, and stats. Looking forward to starting to hand these out more as campaigning ramps up for Municipal Elections. Am doing a campaign launch May 27. That's two weeks! Come by and say hello!

I have almost double the amount of signatures I need to run for City Council, because people in my community are awesome, and I deeply appreciate everyone's show of faith. I'll be submitting my paperwork by middle-month and hosting a campaign launch on May 27 if anyone is interested in joining!

So. To be clear: - If you're on AISH you have to apply for the Federal Disability Benefit - But prgm is not exempt income, so AB will reduce AISH from the province by the amount of prgm ($200) - So if you don't apply, AISH will be reduced because you failed to do the work to get the fed money

I have officially filed my "notice of intent to run" as a candidate for City Council for the City of Lethbridge, and have started the process of gathering the 50 signatures needed for my Candidate forms. I look forward to the opportunity to serve Lethbridge in a formal capacity. #yql #Lethbridge

I'm not Albertan. I'm Canadian. I live in Alberta, but if I and my family are forced to move to remain Canadian, we will do so. That will mean closing my business, attempting to sell our house, and going to another province that doesn't attempt this bullshit. Might go back to BC, who knows.

Am excited by some excellent candidates coming forward in Lethbridge to challenge the Federal Conservative stronghold. Congratulations and thank you for your offer of service to Lethbridge: - Chris Spearman - Liberals - Amber Murray - Green Party - Nathan Svoboda - NDP

Here's your good excuse to go explore your local parks today, #Lethbridge! Go find some local art!

The last normal year for Canadian businesses was 2019. We've been in a global pandemic/economic recovery since then, and now we get tariffs fucking our shit up. Phenomenal. Just what we want.

I don't plug my business on here all the time, but we could really use the patronage after a less-than-stellar start to the new year. So we're having a sale! Come and grab select brands for reduced price (and save the GST until Saturday when the GST holiday ends!) Remember: support local!

Progressives in Lethbridge are meeting tonight at the flex space in the YWCA building at 7 pm. Come down and get to know others in the city who are interested in moving the city forward through the next Municipal and School Board elections! You're not alone!

I know it's hard to focus, with everything flooding our feeds, but remember that the best actions we can take are the ones that impact our local communities. It's easy to get bogged down in despair, but don't fret. There are still good works being done.

I’ve been saying it for years, but the time has never been better. Want to hold down costs to the public? Establish a publicly owned, nonprofit basic good grocery chain or brand. Cut profit out of the equation and improve food access and security while creating jobs.

Our business philosophy has been simple from the beginning...

If you find yourself in the vicinity of Theoretically Brewing (1263 2nd ave s, Lethbridge) we're hosting the petition against coal mining and I'd LOVE to fill these sheets with signatures! Come visit us any time 11 - 9. Cheers!

We get the democracy we participate in. Say it again.

I'm such a HUGE fan of Andrew Nikiforuk's work. He lives in the watershed. Please read this (and look up all his articles in @thetyee.ca). Please pass this on to EVERYONE. thetyee.ca/Analysis/202...
