No, the president doesn't have to sign. a bill becomes law if signed by the president or if not signed within 10 days while Congress is in session, or if Congress overrides a presidential veto. If Congress overrides a veto, bill becomes law despite the President's objections.

I just tested it again and it does seem to be working now. With them removing so many things LGBTQ related, it sucks that them removing the trans flag emoji is so on par with what’s happening that we don’t immediately clock it as an error.

That’s the point being made. That the government is not overstaffed with a bunch of people doing nothing. It’s already small. Every time I deal with anything government related and it’s taking forever, what do I hear? “we’re understaffed.”
