The other 14 missed a big chance to claw back some of the big 6s special treatment when super league blew up in there face. That was the threat they held over everyone and it was gone. Id have insisted the international telly money went back to even split to not throw them out

Premier league is run and owned by its members- those members will always vote in there own interests. More competition isn't in there interest

Everyone else write there rules properly with lawyers at that part. Prem slings them together in 5mins in a panick at whatever the latest rumour is and a decent lawyer can run a truck through them. People seem oblivious as to how much work would need to be done before a spade touched ground. If they're planning on building on leazes park you could be 2-5 years in planning even the training ground is likley to be on green belt. Will want the plans and legals bullet proof before going forwards
