… investigators when one could simply… not? So, others may disagree with me on this point/definition, but basically by “fedpost” I mean anything that could be construed as a specific and credible threat to commit imminent lawless action, and would thereby attract attention from LEOs.

… against the poster later in a legal proceeding. 1A protects a *lot* of speech (for good reason!), but anything that crosses the Brandenburg test or the true threats doctrine from Watts v US could cause trouble down the line. Why attract attention/leave a trail of evidence for federal…

I suspect folks have different definitions. Nowadays in far-right online communities it often means “posts that sound like they are coming from a federal agent,” i.e., fishing for PII or deliberately trying to provoke/incite illegal activity. What *I* mean by it here is content that could be used…

Well, by the first part I just mean don’t post specific and credible threats to kill or maim anyone (and tangentially, obvs use secure comms/practice good OpSec). Advocating for direct action, imo, doesn’t fall under the fedposting umbrella

Blink Twice isn’t a *great* movie—formulaic, contrived (if satisfying) ending—but that line made me chuckle. Is Channing Tatum… a good actor?!

True, but not for nothing, I think Tim was trolling here. The tweets around this one were supporting Musk, so it seems like he was parodying the Three Loyalties-style of thought among MAGA, not his own position. Tim sucks and is fash-friendly, but also this seems a case of Poe’s Law imho

So it is *down*, that part is true… but it’s trending up now… And part of the logic for oil’s price falling—as I understand it—is that a pullback in manufacturing etc. because of the tariffs is diminishing demand, right?

UPDATE: He actually deleted the “Groceries, gasoline, energy,” post and replaced it with one declaring a bunch of stuff, many of which are pure fantasy. Point is: someone is in his ear telling him not to talk about Musk, and DEFINITELY not to talk about Epstein

-Anecdotally, groceries still feel expensive, at least to me! -The national average for gas is still above $3, down about 2 cents from last week and about 1 cent from last month -My understanding is Big Energy is pissed at him because the tariffs are eating at them
