Yeah. Administrative cost savings would be huge.
And as I like to say...if u give a rich man a dollar, he puts it in an overseas account. If you give a poor man a dollar, he spends it. Not hard to see which is better for the economy.

Just had someone say he didn't care about fires elsewhere. I told him to check his insurance rates.

Restaurants are even worse. Imagine paying $40 USD for a patty melt, tea and piece of pie.
I just had a full turkey club (real turkey) with fries and a tea and it was $20 CDN.
This year, I have over $2k USD for just meals.

But those prices are in USD.
I go every June for a month and the difference in the last two years was notable to pre-Covid. I started seeing prices is USD that were close to what I spent in CDN here. Now, the prices in USD look to be exceeding what we pay in CDN.

Yeah....it's the opposite from what I understand. The measles vaccine used during part of the 60s means that we need a booster. I got mine at 50 in 2015.

MMR includes the mumps vax and that is the one that may wain over time.

"measles vaccine lasts only 6 years, not for life"
It does last for life, except for those vaxxed in the 60s. I got it again at 50 (due to flying to Sydney through the US) and I just went back to see if I needed a booster after 10 yrs.
She said I was good. CDC also says life for current vax.

Immigrants are required to be vaccinated prior to arrival, or as in the case of some refugees, on arrival.
Visitors are not required to be vaccinated.
If people had not stopped vaccinating their kids, it wouldn't matter who entered with measles. There'd be no outbreak.
This is on us.

Nothing like a carpenter looking at the finished walls and saying, who did ur walls? He did a great job.
I respond, "she" with my little finger wave. 😁

The army taught me French & touch typing (best thing I got out of the army besides my pension). And I was a mechanic for first 3 yrs and that has kept mechanics from taking advantage. I've twice caught a VW dealership service dept doing unnecessary repairs. Traded for Toyota and no issues with them.

My bros taught me a lot, but I also learned how to learn what I didn't know. I've built decks, a shed, finished my current basement (floor, walls, gyrock, plaster, sand, molding etc), grow veggies...and now at 60, I get others to do it but know enough that none take can advantage.

I once had ads about house elevators show up in my feeds.
Thing is, I'd never uttered a word about house elevators. I had a dream about them.

So, the kids were home for two full days before the day they disappeared? And the wife has left the area to be with family and blocked her husband on social media. I'm really not liking the vibes here.

I have three questions about this plane.
1. How many listening devices are in the walls?
2. How many tracking devices are in the walls?
3. How many devices are there that can go boom when some prince in Qatar presses the button?

This one has a better angle. Three guys, one with a vest, including one who looks like he just came from a BBQ. At what point do proud boys start doing this and disappear the people they "arrest."

Just saw a video of a guy being chased and tackled in his own yard by four or five men with faces covered and no identification. He was married to an American for 6 years and was about to become a citizen. Two days later, she still doesn't know where he is. 🤬
