He is a territory heel in the land of 3-5 year contracts. He’s the type of guy who come in, wrecks a bunch of dude, wins a title, wrecks a bunch more dudes, then drops the title and gets someone over huge. This or he’s the monster of the month for a face world champ, 6 months is all you need of him.

The guy is a top 5 promo right now… can’t think of many that are more believable. Eddie, Briscoe, maybe MJF. I think he criminally underrated by e whole wrestling fan base.

Good thing she’s a bad ass… don’t know if there’s many other wrestlers from Southampton.

Give Ingested a go. The Architect Of Extinction is one of my favourite albums ever

My artist is a big wrestling fan too so he loves doing them… plus he makes money 😂

Is he just trying to one up Jack Perry?

Probably gonna need more too… that’s a chunky thigh that needs covering 😂

GOLDEN choices. You just have to come up with a punchy name that describes just how ELITE they all are now 🤔

That was the kind of ballsy booking that made Okada the biggest star in Japan when he ha came back from excursion.

Is anything ever too soon in wrestling? Look how quickly they got to using Bray’s death as a story or how long Eddie’s death was used for stories.

You’re bang on, KOR is the only babyface in that feud.

MJF is in the right… the Kingdom are the bad guys

Oh and Brit Baker is good, actually

Nice, I’ll give it a listen 👍

The first time I watched it I think I rewound and rewatched it about 5 times… then I went straight back to it after I’d finished the whole show. I don’t know how to describe the noises other than primal. Might watch it again now with my tea 😂

A. Hanger drinking Swerve’s blood is the best spot in wrestling.
B. Hanger did nothing wrong and isn’t a bad guy.
C. I still like Chris Jericho.

That spot is probably my favourite in wrestling history

Swerve/Hangman Texas death… the blood spit just does something to me.

Yeah the optics of that aren’t great, especially when parity between men and women was part of the original mission statement. I don’t think the crowd helped, they sat on their hands most of the show and only came up for the 5 minutes of every match… except for Ospreay/Fletcher, that seemed loud.

I think you’re bang on. It was a decent PPV that could have been amazing if it was paced better. The Mina/Mariah segment could have been done on tv so they could have had a second women’s match on the card too.

Probably the best false finish you’ll see this year with the briefcase shot too

Maybe it’s like Pokemon and a Billy Bob Thornton evolves into a Keith Richards

Yes because I can’t subscribe to tbs in the uk but me buying the PPV counts in the buy rate. If I watch live on triller, I don’t count in the ratings.

I love them but they’re not the books.. that’s fine nothing is ever the books. The Hobbit was bastardised to make it a trilogy… that’s not to say I don’t like the films but they aren’t the book.

So it’s an out dated system that doesn’t take into account people a) watching on demand b) people watching via streaming services c) people watching internationally

LOTR is a mess and don’t even get me started on Legolas being in “The Hobbit” films

FYI people not in the US dont count in the rating but count in the buy rate. Also, correct me if I’m wrong but the Nelson are an estimate not an exact number of viewers

I don’t remember seeing this. If it’s true and it all on TK, then it looks really bad for him.
I’d like to see him turn Rampage into an all women’s show. It’s not like the rating is gonna get any worse
comment in response to

Yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised to find WBD tell him he can only do one match on dynamite because of that.
The crowds seem to sit on their hands as soon as the women come out too. Stat vs Shida on Wednesday, you could hear a rat piss on cotton it was so quiet.
comment in response to

TK does better on ROH, so maybe it’s a network issue. But it’s a promise that certainly hasn’t been followed through with.
comment in response to

I thought parity was part of the initial mission statement.

Wish he’d book more women, period. The women’s roster has arguably been been the best bit of AEW this year and they have the most talented women’s roster in North America. The fact that Willow, Stat, Mone, Hayter, Donna, Anna, Mariah, Baker and Shida aren’t wrestling on a weekly basis is criminal.

He’s so smooth with it too. Truly in a league all of his own.

They just remind me of the greatest trial rumble belt but pink and I think they’re disgusting. Having a big trophy with a pink crown on top would be much more fitting, in my opinion anyway.
comment in response to
post
I’d make them trophies too, kinda like the New Japan Cup. I’d make them longer than 3 rounds too, make it feel difficult to win.
comment in response to

His love of Puro* 🤦♂️ I’ve been awake a very long time 😂
comment in response to
post
Yeah, I get the nice thing for Eddie and making it a triple crown because of his puro, but it’s kinda meaningless now and apparently continental rules confuse people. Dutch the belt, give Takeshita the merge moment and make a badass trophy… do the same for the Owen too, those belts are ugly as fuck.
comment in response to
post
Yeah, I’d make winning the C2 a trophy and a title shot, just like the G1. I just think using this year’s C2 to merge the titles would just be a good bit of house keeping. It would be a nice way for TK to book himself out of the corner he’s booked himself into by making a title for the tournament.
comment in response to
post
I would but I’d rather Takeshita won it as international champion and made the international and continental titles one belt… maybe call it the intercontinental 🤔
Kenny vs Buddy is a proper dream match that they could sell that without a title, just lean into how the two are compared stylistically
comment in response to
post
Think he goes into the C2 then gets a singles title off the back of it to build to grand slam in Australia?
