And also, they ARE protesting. And organizing mutual aid and solidarity support and a whole lot of other kinds of resistance.

Ugh. I hate how our punitive justice system works in favor of these bad men- just driving them into each others arms, strengthening their coven of abusers. It’s all so backwards.

I’ve been dreaming about restorative justice practitioners hosting post-rally circles so community members can share stories about how they connect to what they hear and each other and contemplate next steps/actions together. We’d need a lot of us, but it could be sooooo beautiful and impactful.

I work as a restorative and transformative justice practitioner teaching these skills thru storytelling & circle proceses. It def takes time + effort. The skills and tendencies are w/in us, but it takes discipline to excavate and re-inhabit them. We do this best together w/ structure and supports.

Hi! We’re in Ky(Kentucky Health Justice Network)and have to send callers to Virginia, IL and Ohio depending on their location in the state. We also have a trans health advocacy fund that supports trans Kentuckians. We’d love your support. KHJN.org

I’m a New Yorker. I’d love some recommendations of funds in other places to support.
