It's arrived! The guy's last delivery was numbered quite a few before ours but we were on it. Thermapen reading after all day in a van? Inside the lid under the top WoolCool layer 24°, dropped lower down. Chiller packs at the bottom unfrozen but still cold, fresh stuff looks fine. We're w/e ready😊

Ah, the chirpy little message, checked out of the local depot & "Your parcel will be delivered in 8-9 hours". Over 110 deliveries for the poor guy to make before getting to us & let our perishables' in-van baking begin😟

Question for my wheelchair using friends: is the risk of a broken wheelchair when flying airline or airport specific? More specific: does anyone have good (or bad) experiences with KLM, Bordeaux Airport and Amsterdam Airport? Trying to figure out the best travel option for my parents #accessibility

Today Mme will be mostly delivery fretting. Arrival due of much-anticipated chilled perishables for our upcoming anniversary. No leaving sight of the screen or front door, never mind the house. Of course the parcel's travelling cross-country on a hot day & the last update shows it in the Midlands😱

It's a week until our 8th Birthday. We're celebrating by having a wee Beer Festival celebrating the best of Welsh beer. Get yr tickets for cheap beer and a free glass here: popnhops.myshopify.com/collections/...

And excellent they are too. Always do us proud, the only problem we have is choosing from what's on offer!

"This mix of old & new, global & hyperlocal, is clearly representative of a food scene that has been developing on the ground in our communities for decades [.] where a Welsh curry is just as much a relevant concept as Welsh lamb cawl, & just as familiar a dish to boot." nation.cymru/feature/the-...

This is a great bit of news on a bleak weekend.
