Boeing , Lockheed or any other company known for its efficiency and innovation in space industry?:) How long would it take them to run SpaceX into the ground or to the low standard those companies now represent?(at least in space stuff )

DEI in just corporations does not make sense and is counterproductive. If you want to hire a engineer and universities give you 4/5 men, making 50/50(w/m) split at workforce is stupid. And this is just male/female issue. It has to be diversity from kindergarten or not at all.
