He needs a MAJOR reality check and some lessons on not being an asshole.
I've been dealing with this shit for months with no ability to change things. I'm not taking the fall for the mess that other people left behind.
And I'm not going to be the one to communicate his anger to anyone.

But I absolutely cannot continue to deal with someone who picks and chooses what to pay attention to. I don't have the authority (or pay) of a manager so this shouldn't be my responsibility to manage.
It keeps me up at night or awakens me early in the morning.
It's beyond unhealthy.

I strongly dislike this whole process, but the longer I put it off the more miserable I get at my current job.
It's a struggle to work up enough energy to sit down and do this stuff, but the longer I wait the more exhausted I get.
