Call with maybe new manager was mostly him saying things weren't done correctly. Okay, sure... But I didn't have any input and I pushed back but got nowhere. He seems to think he can immediately change things without discussing it with anyone. Then he wants me to go deal with pissy users? NOPE.

Aside from good info from recruiter, today was awful. I got very frustrated then upset about situation at work when I was asked a question and then my response was ignored. Again. I really don't like feeling like the bad guy.

A recruiter reached out to me this morning with a job and I was extremely thankful to hear from someone. After chaos at work today I went through the painful process of updating my resume. Then refining it. Then doing that again and again. I finally sent it out around 9pm.

I got a response back that asked what part had not been followed... The part where I put words was not followed. Was step 1 done? Probably not. Was step 2 done? Not correctly/completely. I'm exhausted from talking to this wall.

I don't understand... I said "refer to this document for ticket 123" and got a thumbs up. I later look at 123 and the process outlined in the document has not been followed. This sort of thing happens on a weekly basis. When I ask if anything in docs is not clear, the answer is no.

My home of Missoula just voted to establish the pride flag as an official government flag of the city, thereby circumventing the state's asinine pride flag ban. 🏳️‍🌈 Missoula is once again showing how to fight back against policies that seek to erase the LGBTQ community.
