X-Factor #87 & Incredible Hulk #377 meant so much to me growing up, check them out to see Peter in top form.

I love the idea that Doll Man was, at one point in history, so popular that a monthly comic just wasn't enough.
A quarterly publication was their answer to the question of: "How do we satiate the public's burning desire for more Doll Man stories?"

A Country where one could order a McPizza (RIP) from a drive-thru & keep people behind them waiting for 30+ minutes.
No more.
Where did it all go wrong?

I love this quote from Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak in the article:
“They can take the dirt that their ancestors brought from their territory with them under their fingernails,” she said.

I don't hate him, I'm just disappointed in him. He initially ran in 2015 on electoral reform (that's good!) & tossed it within a week of getting elected (that's bad!).
Other than legalizing weed, I can't think of anything else significant he accomplished or said - he just kept the status quo.

I remember there being some discussion around it originally referring to the 1985 Osage Ave bombings in Philadelphia. Police bombed the neighborhood where the people of MOVE, a return-to-nature org, lived and decided to let the buildings burn instead of trying to save anyone.

"Fate dances triumphantly upon the viridian 4-leaf clover tattooed upon Good Luck Bear's chest. No quarter needs to be flipped to determine the outcome of this battle: Mr Beastly will not survive the burning light of the ursine's luminescent stare."

The X-Men forgive because they know what it's like to be hated & hunted.
They found a safe community when they were troubled & the world wanted them dead.
Why wouldn't they offer the same to a fellow mutant at the door asking for help, regardless of their past?

The part where Bugs & that queen of a horse glare righteous indignation at Fudd is forever an iconic image to me.
