It's a super simple request that I know how to do, but I am not *allowed* to do it because Reasons.
I am convinced our Jira admins have never actually used the tool, they seemed mystified by a simple Issue Browser search using JQL.

Jira is not that hard! You can look things up! The team names and IDs are completely different! I linked you to a page that shows that there have never been any issues associated with this team!
