As will these in Swindon 😁

98.7% true. His timing is a bit odd ahead of the 850cc and Pirelli changes in '27. I guess it is better to be inside the circus tent when the rider merry-go-round kicks off for '27 (around March '26) 🤔

And here was me thinking it was an oblique early Adam and the Ants reference ☹️

+ Modern, easy bike parking, easy access, lots going on
- Overpriced (£7 bacon roll!), too damn big, lacks atmos, poor screens, poor manufacturer turnout
In Club I’m not sure you see less track than in say Geert Timmer at Assen, but a 2 min lap is a lot of ‘dead’ time. Perhaps BSB is just too good?

Wow, what a race! No finger nails left watching Zarco stretch his lead to ~20s over the mixed-conditions maestro.
Sore heads at LCR tomorrow 🤪

Yup. Some great racing from P5 to P12 though.
Not sure tweaking fuel flow rates is going to improve it much either. Assen was decent but sadly too few circuits create much excitement now

First chain drive and now Rothko? The list of things we disagree on is only going one way 😉

Some entry points are far worse than others but LAX takes some beating. Once worked for a large logistics company and got aggressively asked what the initials stood for on entry. Turns out the officer didn’t know but I didn’t have the guts to say ‘drop it, hide it, lose it’ 😀

Those 150 year olds have done well to keep their heads down in the 4 years since somebody else was in charge. I just can’t quite recall their name

Ah, ok. 2 minute code fix that they obviously can’t be bothered to do 🤪

I’ll double check with my wife as she definitely knows everything. I’ll hope for Castrol white, green and red on the wildcards 😉

Hmm, sorry to disagree but this is just dull as ditch water IMHO. HRC heritage blah, blah but it just looks like Bradl’s wildcard bike.
I guess the glacial rate of change from the Repsol years continues to take its toll

Insightful and well articulated, David 👍
I hope KTM survive but you are right that without a 4cyl hyper/super sports bike the MotoGP and Moto2 links are tenuous at best.
How many *good* business have floundered under a mountain of debt? The vultures are circling.

I remember the excitement when writing RPGII on an IBM System/36 when it got a main memory upgrade from 512kb to 1mb. Ran MAPICS for 20+ users on that 😀

I am so torn by this. My fave single motorsports event of the year and if I thought other sports were clean(er) I’d stop watching it. Wish it would move back to
LATAM though

If your 6’6” and have the skills of Pol then fine. Mine occasionally finds its way to a bit of gravel but no further

1) no excuse, 2) close(ish). Tyre squeal on gravel or in the rain is my favourite

Ouch indeed. Debt is a fact of life, but it sounds like somebody has been playing fast and loose with the numbers. Co-CEO surely can’t survive this

Not a huge surprise but very, very sad especially for the 5000 employees. You need very deep pockets to grow at their aspired-to pace 😞
