I came across my first published article from English Journal, 2005. It was my second year of teaching, and this New Voices column was a big turning point for me as a teacher and a writer. I didn’t publish again for a while, but this was my start 🙂 Let’s keep giving young teachers places to do this!

I love how our school has cathedral ceilings in the lobby of the arts wing and sometimes the choir teacher uses that that feature to enhance rehearsal time. Found on my planning walk this morning 🙂
