It's called Finch and my boyfriend describes it as "it's a Tamagotchi except the silly little creature you're trying to keep alive is yourself" 😂 you enter goals and send your birb (yes, the app calls them birbs) on adventures!

Welcome! A movie or music can also work but with how scared your girl's been of non-you people, figured something without human sounding audio might be easier on her.
You can also talk to a vet about meds she can have in the interim while working on desensitizing her, like gabapentin or trazodone.
