Overwhelming majorities believe Democrats won't/can't fight for people and win political fights, and this sort of thing is exactly why. There are no principles here, no authenticity, only an opportunistic desire to somehow figure out the magic words and reap the rewards. To what end, who knows.

Co-signed by another former litigator. Also, conservatives spent years pushing theories and arguments, and they've captured SCOTUS and many lower courts. We must too. Law matters, both now and for the future. Some decisions involve peeling off 2 justices. Prevailing views of illegality can matter.

It's absolute slander against honeydew that restaurants so often put unripe pieces in "fruit cup" sides. A fresh, ripe honeydew is ambrosia, and almost no one knows because of the fruit cup malfeasance.
