I never used it, but Microsoft Teams indicates you can dial out:

I don't know if Teams can do multiple channels, but Audio Hijack on Mac can do all kinds of audio routing, which might help.

They are beautiful and would be even more remarkable if those designs were from 1956/57. Those numbers refer to 56 or 57 years in the Showa Era -- the number of years into the reign of Emperor Shōwa (Hirohito).
