The feminine rage is real right now. It's okay to choose chaos for the moment as long as you follow it with a nice eucalyptus hot shower. ;)

I'm happy to be wrong on this! I saw a video that said the in-app book purchasing was connected to Amazon. I just tried it and I don't see any connection.

I had downloaded Fable and was really enjoying the features, especially bookclubs, but found out it is also owned by Amazon. 👎
I'm anxiously awaiting the Tome app.

I recorded Like a Virgin by Madonna at the state fair. They played it over the loudspeakers outside of the little recording trailer and I'm still dying of embarrassment 36 years later.

Yes! Democrats have been consistently taking business to Republican cities/towns trying to win the wrong group over. My county was blue my whole life until about a decade ago. We voted huge for Obama and he came to our community.

Boycotting Amazon includes Kindle purchases. As a voracious reader who tries to utilize my local library, I just can't get access to all I need. It also hurts indie authors publishing direct to Kindle.

I'm in Illinois...a blue state surrounded by red rurals. College towns are the only thing that keeps the state blue. Rural America needs free or very small cost after school programming. No politicians are bringing that message, just parents begging for options.
