Gurathin was my favorite human character from the books, and Dastmalchian is absolutely embodying the vibes. He’s such a mess (affectionate). Wet cat man.

Yep. Changes made to secure more meaningful arcs. MB hasn’t been rogue as long to make it a bit more unpracticed at masking; Gurathin’s paranoia is amped; Mensah is suffering anxiety, all hurdles for characters to overcome! It’s good storytelling for a different medium. I love the adaptation.
