OM gosh. Of course! Good luck with it. I hope it works out!

Like that. You just did it.
Seriously, I understood immediately after reading this single skeet why you can't do this.
If your professor can't understand it just as quickly and easily they don't want to and likely never will.

I have no idea what you are talking about re: Gabbard, but Fetterman was not thought of as a Progressive due solely to supporting Sanders. That's absurd and sounds like an attempt to denigrate Sanders supporters.

Why don't I? Because it's not a question put forth in good faith. It's an attempt to distract and derail the topic of this thread. The "Shucks, I'm just asking questions" schtick was old before you were born. Any answers given will be met with more questions and I'm just not that bored today.

What did they say on Twitter when you asked why Homan, Trump, and Noem support deporting undocumented immigrants who have NOT committed felonies?

Not explaining. Acknowledging. I am not your enemy, no matter how determined you are to make it so.

No one said you should Emily. The discussion was about how Twitter compares to Bluesky. BS is demonstrably better.
Having said that, misogyny exists everywhere unfortunately.

Ah I see. You do have a point, but again this place is NOTHING like Twitter despite that.

That graph is why they wanted Roe v Wade overturned, and why it ultimately was.
The right wing wants women to grow babies and stay out of the workforce, preferably starting at puberty.

I have not seen that even once here.
I'm not saying it didn't happen, I'm just saying it maybe isn't really equivalent, or even in the same universe, as Twitter.

Maryland won't be in any of them, so I'll probably just be off playing with my dog or something.

White Republicans commit more violent crimes per capita than immigrants do. Weird that you don't seem to care about those victims.

Because all of Trump's appointees are being tasked with helping to destroy America and everything it stands for?
I mean, I'm just guessing here...

I know it sounds radical to you but given the qualifications and performance of literally all of Trump's nominees you have to go further.
Block every single one. Not just at Justice, ALL of them. Until the heat death of the universe.

He will be completely ignored, as he always is, because words without action to back them up carry no weight at all.

It doesn't matter what the law is if no one enforces it Mr. Jeffries. Furthermore you have done nothing to ensure that anyone does.

I am absolutely astounded there hasn't been dozens of violent confrontations due to situations like these already. Time and again we hear of ICE abducting people in VERY public settings, with little to no resistance.
I'm not sure if I should be pleased about that or not.

Are pilots the best people to check in with on that topic? Other than official radio chatter there isn't a lot of interaction between those groups.

On what planet is Andrew Cuomo "good" exactly?
Yes the perfect can be the enemy of the good. It's folly however to use that excuse to vote for just any old deviant who shows up.

You said it better than I did. Nice work comparing it to the Maus fiasco.

LOL no they didn't. I have never given a single fuck about those books and have never advocated for any books removal from anywhere.
Are you seriously whining about this?

They weren't banned. The Seuss Enterprises organization (not "the Left") simply chose to stop printing them. They own the rights, they can do whatever they like with them.
But of course you know all of that and in typical MAGA fashion are just making shit up to be mad about.

The interviewer should have had a conniption fit when she said that. I'm gonna go out on a really sturdy limb and assume they didn't say boo.

They had a super-majority. They no longer do. Stein can veto anything they do.

1) This would cost more money, so would get a lot of resistance, and...
2) It wouldn't matter anyway because the CroMags who scream about this don't really care if the stalls are private enough. They just want to attack LGBTQ people and will do so no matter what you do to the bathrooms themselves.

There might be some small measure of truth to this, but there are plenty of relatively safe Dem seats occupied by people who really aren't getting much done.
Primary the heck out of those people.

I see the point being made here, and there was a time when it would have been worth discussing.
Not anymore. NOTHING can ever excuse what Israel is doing to Palestinians right now. Asking why there was no Palestinian state established 60 years ago isn't just moot, it's completely ridiculous.

He sent a letter.
They ignored it.
Everything proceeded exactly as if Jeffries had done nothing at all.
Rinse, repeat.
I get the value of voicing opposition to things, even when you know that isn't going to change it. But if that's ALL you do I have to wonder if you serve any real purpose at all

So is the reasoning here essentially that the vaccine is completely safe, but we aren't allowed to have it because it makes Trump look bad? Because it reminds people that Covid is still a thing? What?

That doesn't mean we have to look to him to lead, nor does it mean he has to stay minority leader. When next the leadership is elected he needs to be out on his rear.
