Please explain what the charge against Dr Fauci would be to even get an indictment. Courts require facts and evidence. Pardoning people who have no criminal liability creates an issue where there is none. In plain English, you would be feeding chum to the MAGA base.

Courts require facts and evidence. Regardless of who appointed the judge. You simply either support the rule of law or you don’t.

Let them try, courts require evidence, facts. New administration will face plant spectacularly in court. Truth will prevail, this is the way. Without circumventing the rule of law and handing them justification to further abuse our country’s norms.

For a person not charged , much less convicted of a crime? You are going down the wrong road friend. Precedent that would set would backfire in a non proportional way.

Hysterical hyperbole is no excuse for discarding the rule of law.

Courts, judges, juries etc.
We are a nation of rules and laws. We either support these principles or we are facilitating the decent into authoritarian dictatorship.

This would be the worst course of action he could take.
Surrendering the high ground with these pardons.
The constitution is still in place, courts are still in place, judges, juries etc……
I say let the new administration file charges with no merit, take them to court. Truth would prevail.

Not any more so, than white males driving full size pickups to their office jobs with monster wheels, fender guards, jacked up frames etc.
Whenever one blows by me, I always say there goes Robert Paulson.
