Really nice to take a day out and stroll along hadrians wall for 10 miles, a “day off” if you will, basically a walk to the next pub and get clothes washed in the sink sort of day

Played my first (and only) gig of the year with my dad to a small crowd at a park near Edinburgh, did a doggy agility course with pecan, and won a bottle of Fettercairn 12 in the tombola - all in all a good day really

Watching my girlfriend play expedition 33 on story mode - it’s surprisingly still “hard”, in that you still have parry windows and dying is still thing that happens - it’s a testament to the story telling that she hasn’t just given up, and I dare say she’s half enjoying it.

One of the problesms with learning to play golf, is that The Algorithm knows, and is now sending me endless snake oil remedies to "fix my swing" or "drive further than ever". There is no way to say "I will never buy any of this". I've done hobbies before. You can't buy the result of hard work.
