... it's not exempt of problems and there are a lot of problems worth discussing. Mark Millar is the least qualified person to say anything about this topic. His views are easily summed up as 'cancel culture means censorship and things I personally dislike'. It's a bonafide straw man.

It's quite evident no one knows what "cancel culture" means or how often it changes definition to mean what I support or oppose against. The way society uses shame, punishment, and justice against a group or individuals has a long history is the US. Today's use takes on a different form but...

This. People work night shifts in DTLA. People dont realize how large and commercial this area is. People go to work at 4am in the morning selling food to workers or doing a night shift at hotel and chain stores.

Any corrections from those who are better versed about the Galileo Affair deeply appreciated as it is one complicated topic to dip into. I am doing my best to navigate it. 🧡3/3

3. Galileo did not use the scientific method to prove the heliocentric hypothesis. 4. Jesuits were scientifically literate. 5. His pamphlet was an argument. Arguments aren't proof. 6. The Catholic church did not apologize for the affair in 1992. 🧡2/3

I have several issues with your replies. You just admitted to have not worked in a corporation. You assumed that any employee can just create any automation tool which can take months of work and removes the employee from their actual payed duties. There is no mention of documentation, ...

Have you not worked for Corporate America? Developing a tool requires approval. It takes months to produce and develop one, it's not created out of thin air. There is coding involved to make automated tools and money spent developing them.

1. That's not our job. 2. What tools are developed to help with productivity is based on the decision of higher ups because it's their money. 3. Employees have been asking for automation for more than a decade for simple tasks.

Like in my occupation gen AI is useless, I need automated tools to get more done in the day which the company has not given us for years. The fact that you won't listen to others makes me suspect you are like one of those shit managers that plays videogames while everyone else is working.

That's an entire corporation my friend. πŸ˜‚ This was in almost every employees yearly review on how they applied gen AI into their workflow and combined with other industries the data is clear. It doesn't do much because the tools that employees need are either not given or already exist.

Nope! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡² I rarely talk about the place. Usually I talk with folks from the area.

Gen AI being linked to productivity is a selling point not the reality. Microsoft Teams has AI options but at the end of the day they don't really do much as advertised nor do they relieve stress. The claim is a bandaid solution to workspace problems and the gimmick is just a gimmick.

This is my own interpretation of course since I was told when I was a kid that Angels were genderless or to some extend asexual. It has always stuck with me. Since I had a positive queer experience growing up I ended up applying certain characteristics to saints where there was none.

St. Michael the Archangel is my towns patron saint who is celebrated on September 29. So there is a heavy bias into my favoritism. Also the coming of All Souls Day for rememberance.

I like the third image. We need more LGBT+ folk saints. Back then my go was Saint Michael the Archangel, due to perceiving angels as non-binary, and San Judas Tadeo because of the impossible. Despite being secular I still have a fondness for official and unofficial folk saints.
