But there was due process. No one got around anything. He was found by an officer from the gang unit to be part of MS-13. The judge agreed with that. He was ordered to be deported as well. He just couldn't be deported to El Salvador because of a rival gang. But that gang doesn't exist any more.

The man in question was found by two judges to be linked to MS-13 and was given deportation orders. The only mistake made was that a judge decided he shouldn't be deported to El Salvador because a rival gang might kill him. That gang is no longer around. Look it up guys.
