Somewhere in the Trump extended family or circle of friends there's a gay or trans kid that is one step closer to suicide everyday because of these evil scumbags. This kid lives in fear of being discovered and wonders why his family hates him/her/them. Thank you, Canada, for being better than us.

NYT is living for the Trump drama and helped foster it last year. “If it bleeds, it ledes.”

She’s in a constant state of troubled and concerned. I don’t get how Maine screws it up every 6 years with her.

Stop normalizing him. He’s not normal.
None of this administration is normal.
Be normal, NYT.

The report is beyond damning.
These guys are pure evil and have zero respect for the rule of law. And now they're running our country.
I was cautiously optimistic that Trump wouldn't completely wreck our country before the mid-terms and then 2028.
Now I'm certain he will. Quickly. Thanks, MAGA!

They don’t care. Nobody cares. They all have their collective head in the sand hoping egg prices drop. It’s maddening.

Like 9/11, I can’t even bear to watch video of it. Those darkest of dark memories are seared into my brain forever. #neverforget

While shrooming, I had a full-on convo with my best friend who suddenly died over 20 years ago.
it was so vivid & life-changing that even if totally in my head (likely), I came away thinking there’s something to the idea of a spiritual realm.
Sounds ridiculous typing it out but it was reassuring.

I believe it means humans can demonstrate both extremes at times to equal degrees. We need to tip the balance in favor of compassion so that a greater share of the two poles (i.e., the compassion/cruelty scale) yields more compassion than cruelty.
