Here’s a question - why do US Senators not have their own security? Like secret service? After Gabby Gifford and Steve Scalise, I would think members of Congress and the Supreme Court should have security to keep the brownshirts from snatching senior members of government.

Trump, he -of the military parade on his birthday; of branding everything from buildings to steaks, to a university with his name; of annually winning multiple club championships - calling anyone else a GRANDSTANDER is hilarious. Every time I think this guy could not say something more hypocritical…

Not defamation, but her office represents a client “the United States” adverse to him in litigation, which imposes a duty to be truthful in statements, even to 3rd parties (all of us). If the DOJ has evidence he’s not a gang member, she’s violated the rules of ethics and is subject to disbarment.

It’s how he’s built every business. Make huge promises. Get money from government and investors, while experts say those promises are impossible. Then deliver 3% of what was promised. And yet somehow he skirts the SEC and DOJ for 20 years.

For a party that has spent a great deal of energy decrying human trafficking the last 5 years, this seems like the height of hypocrisy. But nothing shames them anymore.

He’s going to honor the institution he dodged serving in because of his fake bone spurs? What a Charlatan. And shame on any Republican that shows up to this farce.

When you sacrifice morals and ethics to for the sake of money from government, or from big companies that pay you a fortune to lobby the government, you don’t get feelings anymore. You should just wear a red “$” pin at all times. Then go to happy hour and bitch about the poor who live off the gov’t!

We all have a camera in our pocket/purse. We’re typing moments on it now. Film it and publish. Will Smith isn’t a perfect person, but he said it best, “it isn’t getting worse, it’s getting filmed. Make America see this sh*t with their own eyes. Dispel the “they’re all gang members” myth.

They’re folding because they do hundreds of millions of dollars in direct government work or for lobbyists with significant interests before the government. Dollars are worth way more than ethics.its the modern practice of law. And it’s gross.

Because grabbing them, detaining them, and flying them overseas while paying a foreign government to house them once there is much less expense for the government than letting them stay here and work our fields and put roofs on our houses!

He doesn’t hate them. They are just useful scapegoats to his end. For decades the right wing media has spewed this “government is evil and responsible for your miserable lot in life” crap to win elections. Now they’re channeling that to loot the government. Don’t think Hitler; think Hans Gruber.

Used to think about tripling my hourly rate by becoming a mediator after twenty-five years of jury trials. Then realized I despise mediation, despise everyone, and none of my mediations would last more than 90 minutes because I’d scream everyone down and declare an impasse just to get away from them

As has been stated, it’s a statement against interest and an adoptive admission. But it’s much worse for the administration lawyers who have represented in open Court that either: 1) someone else is the head; or 2) they don’t know who is. Each violates the duty of candor and gets one disbarred.

I agree, but the Admin was terrified of Trump and Zelensky alone. Z would eat Trump alive. So they brought in Vance to insure that Trump didn’t go to happy pudding time while Z wowed the presser. Whatever their plan, Trump and Vance were shamed.

As always, optics and politics first. Like Zelensky - who is literally fighting for his country’s very existence - should be worried about optics. Shame on us.
