Well the recent decision that he can't abolish USAID means he can't abolish Department of Education. Trump has a much stronger argument that he can abolish USAID than Dept of Ed. He's an idiot for trying to abolish Dept. of Ed now, instead of first getting a favorable scotus opinion on USAID.
