Yes and no. Some agencies are complying but not others. But so far it's still technically not in breach of a court order either way because there have been no final orders. It's all limited TROs with incomplete rulings.

It's not even truly "GOP-led" in some states. Kansas has a Democratic governor, but the Republican AG (Kobach) controls litigation decisions.

I feel sad for innocents who are hurt, but the only way through this is going to be all of us enduring various levels of harm until even Republicans say "no more."

NSF is named as a defendant here, which to me says they are obligated the follow the TRO. That said, I have no legal training to back this up, just common sense.

I agree with you. I expect Trump/Musk will carry on while appealing. Courts have practical limits to enforcing their orders against federal government actors, unless they start jailing actual people (see, e.g. the Cobell saga).

Blue regions make all the money. We pay the taxes that get doled out to red state welfare and disaster relief and propping up their failed societies. What do they do with it? Buy guns to shoot up our schools, trucks to roll coal at us, internet to troll us. Take back what's ours!
