It’s my former block. The metal awning on the right hand side indicates the photographer’s position as 3847 Shenandoah.

It’s hard to say. The awning on 3847 Shenandoah pictured on Google Streetview is very similar to the awning in the 1958 photo. The metal awning was either lovingly restored or replaced.
