It breaks as the play does. But it’s a very satisfying build and ends pretty triumphantly with a TO BE CONTINUED title card and the audience erupted.

I had actually booked tickets for Wicked in IMAX, the cinema then cancelled the showing to give Gladiator 2: Dreams Come True an additional evening showing. Only daytime scheduling now

So frustrating. We were going to wait a week for Wicked to avoid the Thanksgiving Break crowds. I’m holding out hope that demand for IMAX is so high that our Regal starts splitting showtimes. I find that audiences are better behaved when they pay the premium IMAX admission price.
