Well, we havent had a real update since 2022 afaik but Kathy was on the view and whoopi said sister act 3 was happening and kathy said no one told her and whoopi seemed cagey about it. But other people have been on the view and whoopi has causally been like hey you wanna be in sister act?

so as a 7 year old i was obsessed with sister act and i (a baby lutheran) wanted to be a nun. things did NOT get better when sister act 2 came out

I know this is an old post but it made me remember the musical Nunsense. I googled it and they have since made 5 sequels including Meshuggah-nuns! when they have to perform fiddler on the roof because the fotr cast got sick on a cruise ship.

I need to share this psychic poison before it kills me.
