DC views the GOP as the "natural" governing party. So, there's an expectation that Dems will appoint Republicans to their cabinets, but no reciprocal expectation, because Republicans *should* be in government, while Democrats *may* be in government.

Democrat presidents don't control anything. They come and go. Chuck and Nancy are always here though and they just betrayed the most loyal democrat voters and the leader of their party. Schumer and Pelosi are the problem. When they are gone or their power taken then things will change.
