Consumer protection notice: I'm in a saga with Elements Massage here in Bellingham. They have a predatory business model and make it extremely difficult to cancel.
I last had service there on 5/23/24. Their massage therapist left me with injuries that took over a week to heal.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I hope you get some restitution.
It's wild af
They charged me Sept '24 to June '25 nonstop. $890.
They started billing again in Sept 24. Each time I spoke with someone in the phone after that, I requested cancellation. They're still billing me!!
They said I have to pay for June too to qualify for cancellation. At this point they have injured me and charged me almost $890.
They have "no records" of me trying to cancel before & the manager is trying to get me on a call / out of email.
Is that a satisfying resolution, I ask you, Internet? Does it make sense?
I filed a complaint with the BBB because this is egregious.
That was essentially what I said.
Where/how does this make any fucking sense?
Because it's gross. I posted a review on Google and I found that the MANAGER of the place has posted a 5 star review without disclosure that she's an employee. To me that's shady af.

I had a similar saga with hand and stone after a creepy af massage (guy was later arrested for even creepier massages).
