I don’t think people realize how bad it’s going to get tomorrow when Wall Street finally collectively realizes that these people have no idea how economics work, and then it’s gonna be a scramble to not be the one left holding the bag.

*Lots* of biz transactions are built upon the edifice of economic stability. A bank will lend to a regional builder because they *know* that builder has airtight federal contracts insuring repayment. If those contracts are unilaterally voided, then the bank's capital position is in danger.
