I am once again struck by the fact that when it comes to the Abrego Garcia case, Trump's every response, over and over again, is some version of "I don't know anything about it, all I'm doing is reading off the papers my people give me."

The normalizing that happens with Trump is unreal- I get it because there’s so much to address
If the advisor's answer plays well, then he gets credit for having selected them. If it goes too negative, he can always scapegoat them and get a new one.
It's a royally effective way to maintain the support of fools and those not really paying attention.
