Contact Compassion Without Borders up in Sonoma County, I know they have everything needed to transport lots of dogs at once; they go rescue dogs from Mexico and the Central Valley all the time. Wonderful organization. I hope they can help.

It sounds like there’s dogs that need fostering. And there’s aid groups that need donations, and I know people are volunteering to help the equestrian center and humane societies due to the influx of pets. If not in LA, look around where you are and see who needs help there.
