Another way of putting it is his is a "pathogen" theory of disinformation, like @jagolinzer.bsky.social's. And that whole approach is PMC bunk.

This is how epistemic closure becomes embedded in institutional voice.
The official truth is now based on a narrative disconnected from reality rather than truth, evidence, and logic.
They no longer believe in an objective truth. They have no use for it.
Gatekeeping mechanisms are dismantled or retooled to enforce narrative conformity.
Strategic decisions are no longer debated, theyβre celebrated as purges of ideological contamination.
This is the end point of capture: when an institutionβs own communications apparatus reproduces disinformation logics.
This tweet reveals how far epistemic corrosion has travelled inside public institutions. The machinery of the state is now shaped not by strategic foresight, but by discourse warfare.
