I have a similar handheld, but without the joystick. do you ever actual use the joystick? it seems a little uncomfortable where it is. Hope you feel better.
I'd highly suggest checking out the youtube channel Retro Games Corp. They do a lot of reviews of retro handheld systems and peripherals. Otherwise if you wanna do shopping yourself check out the brand anbernic. It's the company that made the console Justin's playing.
Nice, I had my eye on the black one that looks like it's same size of the switch but thinking of getting the one you've got. Easier to take on the go and can get it quicker as it's cheaper
