Doesn't want to run in DOSBox or HyperV. Only seems to work in Windows 95. Tried Scitech display driver, just refuses to run. Used to love this game. Anyone get it to run let me know please.

Yeah just get idos3 on the ipad, buy moo2 on gog for $3, install it on your computer, then copy the entire moo2 folder to the ipad and mount it as a drive in idos3
