Two of them have resigned and two haven't. The un-resigned ones signed the order, and listed the names of the resigned ones.

They all resigned, but they're making it clear to the judge that they aren't on the case anymore. The whole reason they resigned was because dismissing the case as ordered is totally unethical and a breach of their duties, so they're just pointing out "hey, we did the right thing here."

He sits on the Appellate Court in Illinois now 🤷🏼‍♀️
